47 years experience Atacelik Steel Foundry is a family owned company which is founded in 1972 in Ikitelli Istanbul with a 47 years of experience and engineering know how, performs a service to various sectors at a 1000 squaremeters closed area. At our company, we serve mostly Stainless Steel Castings, Steel Casting, and High Alloyed Steel Castings. more than %50 percent of our production is exported to European countries. The annual capacity of our company is 1000 tons. Foundry master spectrometer, portable and desktop hardness testing device, carbon silicon measuring device and metallograph for micro structure measurement are avaliable at our laboratory. There is a quality check process before delivering the castings to our customers. |
| Casting We are equipped with a high frequency induction furnace specially designed for stainless steel castings. Moulding and Heat Treatment At our company we have Omega 10 tons / Hour resin sand Moulding line. Regarding the customers request moulding can by done by hand. We can cast nearly every kind of steel. Electronically Controlled heat treatment furnaces are avaliable for heat treatment. Machining We have reliable suppliers for machining our castings. According to your drawings and needs you can directly work with them or we can follow up your work. |

Our Company is environmentally conscious. We have Omega Sand reclaimation unit And we have all necessary licenses for environment.
